NEW NORMAL DEMANDS NEW PERSPECTIVES, new ways of doing things, and a new focus for this decade-old blog born Thursday, January 19, 2012. We are about the old town of Rosario, Batangas, Philippines. Revising our format from what we have at inception, we hope to expand the coverage of what we can offer, meanwhile digging deeper to gather more substance for our content.

Our MISSION is simple and clear: We are your knowledge and learning resource center for all things Municipality of Rosario, Province of Batangas, Philippines.
