Rosario Batangas TOWN AccessPoint is an innovative and comprehensive resource center that serves as a central hub for all things related to the Municipality of Rosario in the Province of Batangas, Philippines.

This non-government knowledge and learning resource center is dedicated to providing its users with a wealth of information and resources, including historical data, community programs, and local government policies. The ROSARIO BATANGAS AccessPoint is a collaborative effort that aims to improve the lives of the citizens of Rosario and promote the attainment of the General Welfare clause enunciated in Section 16 of Republic Act No. 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991, as follows:

"Every local government unit shall exercise the powers expressly granted, those necessarily implied there from, as well as powers necessary, appropriate, or incidental for its efficient and effective governance, and those which are essential to the promotion of the general welfare. Within their respective territorial jurisdictions, local government units shall ensure and support, among other things, the preservation and enrichment of culture, promote health and safety, enhance the right of the people to a balanced ecology, encourage and support the development of appropriate and self-reliant scientific and technological capabilities, improve public morals, enhance economic prosperity and social justice, promote full employment among their residents, maintain peace and order, and preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants."

One of the primary goals of the ROSARIO BATANGAS AccessPoint is to facilitate learning and knowledge-sharing among the residents of the municipality. In addition to providing a wealth of information and resources, the ROSARIO BATANGAS AccessPoint may also serves as a platform for the community to come together and share their ideas and experiences.
