LOCATION OF EYE/CENTER At 10:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "ULYSSES" was located 243 kilometers Northwest of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas (15.4 °N, 119.2 °E). Based on all available data including those from Subic and Benguet Doppler Weather Radars as reported in Severe Weather Bulletin #21 issued at 11:00 am, 12 November 2020 for Typhoon "Ulysses" (Vamco), DOST-PAGASA.
