LOCATION OF EYE/CENTER At 7:00 AM today, the center of the eye of Typhoon "ULYSSES" was located 204 kilometers Northwest of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas (15.2°N, 120.1°E). (Based on all available data including those from Subic and Benguet Doppler Weather Radars as reported in Severe Weather Bulletin #20 for Typhoon "Ulysses" [Vamco], DOST-PAGASA)
